| I had issues with the MP3 portion of my RFX9300 (I believe that was the model) but other than that it looked great and was the best sounding headunit I've ever had. Had a crap ton of power and sounded just as clean as amped speakers. |

Oh O.K. I get it. Here in the USA no models were ever made by Denon, they were either Delco or Hyundai. |

I think they got all the bugs out of the MP3 and such by the time the 9110, 9210, and 9220-9420 came out.
Also what is RFX9140? Do you mean 8140 or is there a deck out there that I've never heard of? |

| I thought that the 8140 was a great unit, and I loved mine!!! The diamond R button on the remote, the balanced out, 4 ohm RCA's it was a great unit. I still love to have one, but I sold it with my EPX2, oh well!!! |

Sorry, yes the RFX8140 was what I meant.
Actually, the only radios that had a bug were the original RFX-8102 & RFX-8103 ... all the rest were clean from what I can remember. |

| My 9300 I believe wouldnt play MP3's 90% of the time and when it did, I beleive it would only play the first folder. I had cody try to fix it a few times but it didn't help. |

Durt, I know what your talking about, I had the same problem out of my 9200 and 9300. I've never had those problems out of anything made after that though.
Gentlejax, to answer your question and I'm sure some of the other members will give their opinions. I think the 9420 is the closest to the Denfords for sound quality. It also has better features and a badass display. I love how it looks at night. The 8140 is also an amazing deck but it doesn't have a lot of the features that most people want. The 9320, 9220 and 9210 are also great decks with great sound quality and features. |
