Check the status of your product's warranty repair or other service request. You must have a Return Authorization Number (R.A. #) to view any progress results.

Returning Through Authorized Dealer
Please obtain R.A. Number from your authorized dealer.

A Serial Numbers is a 12 digit number (xxxxxxxxxx-xx) typically located on the bottom of product.

Location on Owner's Manual
A copy of Serial Number is typically located on the cover or inside cover of the manual.

• Signal Processors: 1 Year
• PRIME Amplifiers: 1 Year
• PUNCH Amplifiers: 1 Year
• POWER Amplifiers: 2 Years
• Any Factory Refurbished Product: 90 days

Coverage Terms & Limitations
To qualify for Warranty service, you MUST provide proof of purchase such as a sales receipt with purchase date.

The only factory authorized "Extended Warranty" is for PUNCH and POWER amplifiers with a compatible Amplifier Wiring Kit purchase.

• Cut UPC code off amp install kit.
• Attach UPC to amplifier PVC.
• Submit UPC, PVC & original sales receipt.
